Palisades Federal Credit Union announced the four winners of the 2009 George Hatala scholarship during their annual meeting at the Comfort Inn in Nanuet, NY. Three of the winners received Palisades' George Hatala scholarships in the amount of $750. The fourth scholar received a $1,000 award from Palisades' George Hatala scholarship and an additional $1,000 award from the New York State Credit Union League, Inc. and Affiliates which brought the evenings total to $4,250 in scholarships.
